Last year will be remembered for many things. Here in New York, it will certainly be remembered for the fatal bus crashes that opened many eyes to a public transportation industry littered with unsafe tour bus operators.
Now the state has announced that it has earmarked $1 million in its budget to change the bus inspection process.
